ISSUANCE TERMS

These terms govern issued records of the Origin and Record Authority. They apply upon issuance.

§1 SCOPE

These terms apply only to works formally issued and entered in the Registry of Record by the Office of the Origin Registrar.They do not apply to drafts, studies, preparatory material, or any non-issued output.

§2 ISSUANCE

Issuance is the act by which a completed work is entered in the Registry of Record.Issuance is final, singular, and non-revocable. A work does not exist administratively until it is issued.Once issued, a work is complete. No revision, substitution, withdrawal, or re-issue occurs.

§3 THE WORK

Each issued work is an original, singular record executed by hand by the designated executing agent.No work is produced for decorative, illustrative, symbolic, expressive, or market-oriented purposes. No work is produced to satisfy demand, commission, preference, or solicitation.Availability follows issuance. Issuance does not follow an order.

§4 AUTHENTICITY

Authenticity is established only by:Serial registration
Record of Issuance
Corresponding seals and labels
No reproduction, facsimile, delegated execution, or edition exists except by written authorization of the Registrar.An issued record remains valid only while its serial, registry entry, and authentication marks remain intact and verifiable.No external body, institution, intermediary, or market supersedes the Origin Registrar.

§5 CONSTITUENT INSTRUMENTS

Each issued record is transferred with:A serialized archival portfolio
The original Record of Issuance
An authentication hologram and seal
A registrarial serial label
A seal applied to the Record of Issuance
These are part of the record. They are not packaging.

§6 CUSTODY

Inquiry may be made to acquire origin custody of an issued record. Inquiry confers no right to issuance or to transfer. Acceptance, refusal, and terms of release are at the sole discretion of the Registrar.Terms of release may include payment. Payment, if required, is a condition of releasing origin custody of an already issued record. It does not constitute a commission, create a work, or confer a right to issuance or to transfer.Custody grants physical possession and the freedom to display, share, and live with the work.Custody does not confer authorship, registrarial authority, or the right to speak on behalf of the work.Documentation and non-commercial sharing of the issued work are permitted. Reproduction of the work — any further copy, facsimile, edition, or derivative produced from it — requires written authorization of the Registrar.

§7 REPRESENTATION

Anyone may interpret the work. Interpretation is personal. It has no institutional standing.Interpretation does not override the executing agent’s intent. It does not override the origin, issuance, or record of the work.No gallery, institution, writer, or third party may speak on behalf of the work’s issuance, authority, or record unless designated in writing by the Origin Registrar.

§8 DISCRETION

Any inquiry, transfer, or engagement may be refused without explanation. Refusal establishes no precedent.

§9 AMENDMENTS

These terms may be amended prospectively. No amendment alters a work already issued.
